Ingredients
- 1 package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix For Chicken (6 oz)
- 1 can Apple Pie Filling (21 oz)
- 6 Boneless Pork Chops (1½ lb total), ¾ inch thick
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
- Spread apple pie filling evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Arrange pork chops over the apple layer.
- Spoon prepared stuffing over the pork chops to cover.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Uncover for the last 5 minutes of baking to lightly crisp the stuffing.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
