Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease well.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over the milk layer.
  6. Add chopped pecans and shredded coconut on top.
  7. Press toppings gently with a fork to help them adhere.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until coconut is golden brown.
  9. Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares.
