Notes
This quick sauce is ready faster than you can say “pieces of eight” - perfect when the crew demands pizza on short notice. The beauty lies in its simplicity; no lengthy cooking required since the flavors bloom quickly. This bounty keeps in the ship’s stores for up to a week when chilled, or freeze in portions for up to 3 months. For a smoother sauce, give it a whirl with an immersion blender. Makes enough precious cargo for 2-3 large pizzas or 4-5 personal sized ones.
