Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 items Ripe Organic Bananas, Sliced Into Coins
- 1 Cup Ripe Strawberries, Cleaned And Hulled
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Bourbon
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until it begins to foam.
- Add bananas, strawberries, and brown sugar. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until sugar melts and fruit begins to soften.
- Add bourbon and continue cooking for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fruit is deeply soft and alcohol has cooked off.
- Serve warm over pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or pound cake.
